Joyce Ford is an administrative assistant at Mercantile Gatherings, taking phone calls and reaching out to our subscribers to answer questions about subscriptions and take orders from folks who may not have online access to our website. Joyce is a self-taught quilter, crafter and pattern designer and the owner of Little Craft Cottage for twenty plus years. Joyce has a wonderfully-bright personality and is a real people person ~ and we are very proud to have her as our people person at Mercantile Gatherings Magazine.
